Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Provider
This warranty is provided by Mled Displays (ABN 25 139 079 324) in relation to televisions and digital display products including, but not limited to:

  • TVs, Displays (Indoor & Outdoor)
  • Interactive Displays, Custom Displays, Portable Displays
  • LED Film, Transparent Displays
  • Video Walls, Scoreboards
  • LCD Commercial & Residential Screens
  • LCD Interactive Displays, LCD TVs
  • Other associated consumer electronic products ("Non-TV Products")

(Collectively referred to as the “Product”)

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Superbolt offers a 12-month Standard Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase for Products bought through our official channels. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
If a Product defect arises within this period, Superbolt will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair or replace the Product or any defective parts free of charge; or
  • Authorise an approved repair agent to carry out the repair or replacement.

Note: If the Product stores user-generated data, repairs may result in loss of that data.

Use of Refurbished Parts
Superbolt reserves the right to use refurbished or equivalent quality components for repairs or replacements when original parts are unavailable. Products may also be replaced with refurbished units of equivalent specification.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Accessories (e.g. remotes, adaptors, batteries, cables)
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, improper installation, power surges, liquid ingress, vermin, or unauthorized modifications
  • LCD/Plasma screens with fewer than 1% defective pixels
  • Image retention or screen burn-in on phosphor-based displays
  • Damage due to abnormal environmental conditions (temperature, moisture, fire, pressure, etc.)

Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty is void if:

  • The Product has not been used or maintained according to Superbolt’s instructions
  • The Product was used for unintended purposes
  • The defect results from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • The serial number has been removed or altered
  • Proof of purchase or serial number cannot be verified
  • No fault is found after inspection
  • There is unauthorized access to internal components

Warranty Claims Process
Before You Lodge a Claim:

  • Ensure all power cables are securely connected and powered on
  • Check all cables, leads, and connectors
  • Verify settings per the user manual
  • Locate your proof of purchase

A$188.00 inc. GST No Fault Fee will apply if the Product is tested and no defect is found.

How to Lodge a Claim
Via Email:

  • Email: warranty@superbolt.com.au
  • Available: Weekdays 9:00 am – 5:30 pm AEST (excluding public holidays)
  • You will receive a Job Number and be required to submit your proof of purchase
  • The Product must be made available for inspection by Superbolt or an authorized agent
  • The customer is responsible for transport and insurance costs

Change of Mind Returns
Superbolt may accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Return is initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • The Product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included

Approved returns will receive store credit only, minus freight costs (original + return shipping). No credit will be issued until the Product is received and inspected.

Damaged in Transit
If your Product arrives damaged:

  • Notify us via email with photos within 3 days of receiving the item
  • The Product must be returned in its original packaging and condition
  • Once approved, we will arrange collection and send a replacement after the damaged item is received

Faulty Products
For faulty products:

  • Contact our support team and follow the standard return process
  • Ensure the Product is in original condition with all packaging and accessories
  • Approved returns will be repaired or replaced under the 12-month warranty
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches/dents) on refurbished items is not considered a fault

  • Obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number
  • Return the Product within 14 days of RA issue to: Mled Display Repair Centre- F3/13–15 Kevlar Cl, Braeside VIC 3195

Important: Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted.

Additional Terms

  • No loan units are provided during repair
  • Public holidays may affect service timeframes
  • Credit card pre-payment may be required for services outside the warranty
  • Proof of purchase and product registration are required for warranty validation

Limitations
Except as outlined, Superbolt makes no other express warranties.
